Adam Piser founded the Domain family of companies in 2014 and is the President and CEO. Always fascinated by construction, architecture, and design, Adam created Domain to serve and explore all facets of real estate. Domain Design is the latest addition to the family.
Adam has personally been involved in the development, construction, and management of over 1 million square feet of real estate. Notable projects include a complete renovation of all common areas at the Aqua Tower, a high rise designed by award winning architect Jeanne Gang, 910 West Van Buren - a 100,000 square foot office building in Chicago’s west loop, Sabbia Fine Jewelry on historic Michigan Avenue, and luxury condominiums in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Streeterville and the Gold Coast.
Adam has acquired multi-family assets and implemented value-add strategies to generate an average internal rate of return in excess of 30% to investors. He has a successful track record of identifying investment worthy projects, conducting due diligence, procuring investor equity and institutional financing, while serving as managing member for the partnerships, and returning capital to investors.
Prior to founding Domain, Adam worked with Arthur Goldner and Associates where he assisted in the underwriting and acquisition of retail, multi-family, and office investments including the acquisition of Meidinger Tower, a 325,000 square foot office building in Louisville, KY.
Adam has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master’s in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University.

Chloé has a well-rounded education with degrees in both Interior and Graphic Design. She is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and is excited to be in Chicagoland. Chloé’s experience includes a variety of project types such as luxury residential, hospitality and commercial design. She believes that the environment we surround ourselves in affects our daily lives. Her goal as an interior designer is to improve the quality of individuals lives through their everyday spaces. She has a keen eye for design and attention to detail. She loves collaborating with clients and creating their dream space.
